Sometimes we have older cats come into our clinic because they are in bad condition. Molly was typical – and all her problems were caused by bad teeth. Because it had become so painful for her to eat she had become very thin, and for the same reason she had stopped grooming herself so she was dirty and her fur was matted and full of weed seeds.
She had 10 rotten teeth removed, and while she was still sleeping under anaesthetic our volunteer who brought her in took the opportunity to sort out her coat and give her a good brush.
Now, 5 months later, just look at the difference!
